אם סעיף כלשהו מתנאי השירות הללו ייקבע כבלתי חוקי, בטל או בלתי ניתן לאכיפה, סעיף זה ייאכף במידה המרבית המותרת על פי חוק, והחלק הבלתי ניתן לאכיפה ייחשב כנפרד מתנאי השירות הללו, הפרדה זו לא תשפיע על תוקפם ואכיפתם של יתר ההוראות הנותרות.
סעיף 16 - סיום ההסכם
ההתחייבויות והחובות של הצדדים שנגרמו לפני מועד הסיום יישארו בתוקף לכל המטרות גם לאחר סיום הסכם זה.
תנאי שירות אלה יהיו בתוקף אלא אם כן יופסקו על ידך או על ידינו.
